Brief CV

Yu, Y. is a Ph.D. candidate since Sept. 2007. He is also a member of LAMDA group since Sept. 2003, which is led by professor Zhi-Hua Zhou. He received his B.Sc. degree in computer science from Nanjing University in Jun. 2004.

Since joined LAMDA group, he has been working on ensemble learning and evolutionary computation. He has published several papers in international conferences (e.g. AAAI) and journals (e.g. Artificial Intelligence). He won several awards such as Grand Champion (with other LAMDA members) of PAKDD'06 Data Mining Competition and the best paper award of PAKDD'08. He serves in the editoral board of Journal of Advanced Research in Evolutionary Algorithms, and served as a reviewer for serveral journals and conferences.
